This form allows you to book an individual legal consultation on the Democratic Memory Law, also known as the ‘Grandchildren's Law’.
This is an advisory service for people who wish to apply for Spanish citizenship on their own under this law. It includes a one-hour meeting to answer general questions about the process, covering the following topics:
- The viability of your application and that of your children.
- Forms and procedures.
- Specific characteristics of the relevant consulate and aspects to take into account.
- Useful contacts in Spain and Cuba for obtaining documents, as well as sworn translators.
- General documentation requirements (type of documents, characteristics and validity periods).
- How to make an appointment at the consulate and practical recommendations.
IMPORTANT: This consultation does not include services such as preparing or reviewing documents, filling out forms or making consular appointments. At the end of the meeting, you will receive a summary of the points covered by email.
