Residence by means of proof of funds as a migration opportunity
This immigration option is ideal for foreigners who wish to retire, start their own business, invest in real estate or study. This route to residency is regulated by Royal Decree 1155/2024. The minimum amount required is equivalent to 400% of the IPREM (Public Minimum Income Index). To this amount must be added 100% of the IPREM for each dependent family member of the applicant.
