This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling or rescheduling video conference appointments. The aim is to ensure efficiency and respect for the time of clients, professionals and the company.
2. Cancellation deadlines
- Advance cancellations: Video conference appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer that time slot to other interested parties.
- No-show: if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be offered the possibility to reschedule it once.
- Loss of the amount paid: if you request cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or do not attend the rescheduled appointment (in case of no-show), the amount paid for the consultation will be forfeited, with no right to a refund or rescheduling.
3. Cancellation notification
Cancellations or changes of date must be made by email to info@echeverriaabogados.com, by calling +34 943 425 726 or by filling in the following contact form, selecting ‘cancellation of appointment’ as the ‘reason for contact’. We recommend that you use the same email address you used to book the original appointment.
4. Management of force majeure cases
Exceptions to this policy will be considered in cases of force majeure, such as serious illness or urgent unforeseen circumstances, provided that they are justified with documentary evidence.
Such documentation must be submitted within a maximum period of 24 hours cancellation.
5. Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the original time at no additional charge. The new date and time of the rescheduled appointment must be agreed upon with the professional or company through the established communication channels.
